Voicemail Admin

View and manage the voicemail and greetings on the system.

To access the Voicemail Admin page, do the following:

  1. Login to your PBX Admin Portal.
    • i.e. customer.freevociepbx.com/maint
      (replace customer with your system's actual subdomain)
  2. Go to PBX > PBX Setup > Voicemail Admin.

From the list of items on the right side you can select an extension and make changes per extension.




Default Settings

In the Default Settings tab you can choose your system defaults, however the default settings are usually best left alone.


System-Wide Usage

In the System-Wide Usage you will see the System Usage Statistics which displays the number of voicemail on the system and recorded greetings.


Mailbox Settings
In the Mailbox Settings tab you can change the way the mailbox is configured, manage the mailbox usage and if necessary make changes to the Advanced Mailbox Settings.
