Cisco Phones


In this section, you can find detailed ways to Factory Reset, Manually Configure, and Obtain an IP address for Cisco SPA 303/502 phones.


Factory Reset

Press the Setup button (page with folded corner).
Scroll down to select Factory Reset.
Press ok to confirm.

Finding your phone's IP Address

There are two ways you can find your phones IP:

  • Web Interface
    You can get the phone's IP from the router's Device List.

  • Physical Interface
    Press the Setup button (page with folded corner).
    Scroll down and select Network.
    The IP address is as listed under Current IP.

Manual Configuration


  • Web Interface 
    To use the Web Administration page of the phone, you would first need to find the phone's IP address.
    Open up a web browser and type in the phone's IP address.
    Click Admin Login, then Advanced.
    Go to the Ext. 1 Tab.
    Under the Proxy and Registration section, fill out the fields in the format shown below:
    Proxy: customer.freevoicepbx.com
    Outbound Proxy: customer.freevoicepbx.com

    Under the Subscriber Information section, fill out the fields in the format shown below:
    Display Name: user name
    User ID: 100
    Password: registration password
    Auth ID: 100

    Click Submit All Changes to save configurations.

    (**Keep in mind to replace any user id/auth id with the correct extension, as well as replace "customer" with your sub-domain**)
