Your agent login will look like the image below.

This is where your agents will login to the Agent Web Portal with their extension number and password after making sure their extension is registered to their softphone.

1. Enter http://{my}.freevoicepbx.com (replace {my} with your sub domain) in your browser address bar.
2. Enter your extension number and password.
3. Click the Submit button.

Next you login with your User credentials and choose your campaign.

After you login your phone will receive a conference call from your dialer.

Answer the call and leave it open.

Now that you are logged in and in conference, you can unpause (to unpause, click the YOU ARE PAUSED button) and the dialer will start dialing leads for you.
