Setup and Configuration
Go to the Phones page, under the Admin section.
Click on the extension you would like to edit.
Scroll down until you see "Set As Webphone", then set to "Y".
Scroll down until you see "Template ID", then set to "Webphone".
Click Submit at the bottom of the page.
Agent Web Portal
When logging into the agent interface, make sure the Web Phone on the right panel says "Registered."
Wait a few seconds, then click "Call Agent Webphone."
The Web Phone should now say "Connected", and your audio should indicate you are the only person in the conference.
To ensure the most optimized performance, we recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome.
