To Create and Manage tickets, login to your FreevoiceUSA.com account and go to the Support Center.

There you will be able to manage your current tickets and create new tickets.

If you have call examples to provide for your support ticket, please provide the following information for each individual call example:

  1. Exact Date/Time of the Call
  2. User(s) involved in the Call
  3. Inbound Call or Outbound Call?
    • If Inbound, provide the Caller ID Number of the Caller.
    • If Outbound, provide the number that was called.
  4. Symptoms?
  5. How frequently does the issue occur? Every call? Intermittently?
